This is a privately operated reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or pull an official booking or release record. Contact the government office that created or holds the record.

Garrard County does not operate a jail. The Sheriff’s Office may hold arrest and transport material, while the receiving facility holds its booking and release transaction. The Garrard court holds the order or case disposition. Call before mailing because official sheriff pages show more than one address formulation.

For a released person or a release record, the home page gives the complete cross-county search and request route. Check Probation & Parole for community supervision, or use Jail Releases: 24 Hours when the question concerns a very recent event. The Projected Release and VINELink Inmate Search pages address dates and alerts. Facility-specific contact details appear on the three facility pages in the footer.
A sentenced Kentucky prisoner belongs in the official KOOL offender search. Federal custody requires the BOP locator, while the ICE locator is appropriate only when immigration custody is supported. Those systems do not replace Lincoln, Boyle, or Garrard court records for an ordinary local case.
