Official Records Are Not Hosted Here
This site does not host jail rosters, booking files, release records, inmate records, court records, or certified government documents. It points to offices and locators that may hold or display them. To confirm custody or obtain an official copy, submit the request to the sheriff, housing jail, court clerk, Kentucky Department of Corrections, or other issuing office that maintains the record.
Garrard County has no operating jail. For a local arrest, the Sheriff’s Office may hold arrest and transport material while Lincoln County Regional Jail or Boyle County Detention Center holds the booking and release entry. The Garrard Circuit Court Clerk holds the case order. Keeping those custodians separate reduces mistaken release claims.
